Diana Stevenson

A Career Built in the Courtroom

Judge Diana Stevenson has dedicated her career to serving Summit County with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.

She began her career working inside the courts, including roles in Probate Court and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Judge Stevenson went on to serve 12 years as a Probate Court Magistrate, handling estates, guardianships, adoptions, and mental health cases. Earlier in her career, she served as a civil prosecutor for Summit County, handling litigation and providing legal counsel to county agencies.

Judge Stevenson later served as Clerk of the Barberton Municipal Court, where she was elected multiple times and oversaw court operations, staff, and budgets. Today, she serves as a Municipal Court Judge and Presiding Judge, known for her preparation, fairness, and respectful courtroom demeanor.

Now, Judge Stevenson is running for the Summit County Probate Court because she understands both the law and the responsibility of serving families during life's most important moments. With decades of probate experience and proven leadership in the courtroom, she is prepared to ensure the court operates with fairness, professionalism, and compassion.
